    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using OlaTravel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    2. Description of Service

    OlaTravel is an AI-powered travel discovery platform that provides travel recommendations sourced from real travel content creators. The Service includes an AI chat assistant, creator profiles, destination guides, and itinerary generation tools.

    3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    The travel recommendations provided by our AI assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and are informational only. They do not constitute professional travel advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Always verify important travel information (visa requirements, safety conditions, booking details) through official sources before making travel arrangements. OlaTravel is not a travel agency and does not sell or book travel services directly.

    4. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
    • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
    • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@olatravel.com.

    5. Creator Marketplace

    If you register as a creator:

    • You retain ownership of your original content (videos, articles, photos).
    • You grant OlaTravel a non-exclusive license to display, index, and reference your content for the purpose of providing travel recommendations.
    • You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
    • Revenue sharing is based on the usage and engagement of your content, as described in our creator program documentation.
    • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
    • Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Service.
    • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators.
    • Submit false or misleading content to the AI assistant.
    • Circumvent any usage limits or credit restrictions.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The OlaTravel name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Creator content remains the property of the respective creators. AI-generated recommendations are provided for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed without permission.

    8. Third-Party Links & Booking

    The Service may contain links to third-party websites (GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, etc.) for booking purposes. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and any transactions you enter into are solely between you and the third party.

    9. Subscriptions, Credits & Cancellation

    • Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
    • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via your account or by emailing support@olatravel.com. A dedicated online cancellation button will be provided where required by law.
    • Purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits refresh with each billing month; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Free daily credits reset every day.
    • EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. If you ask us to start providing a digital service immediately (for example by spending credits), the withdrawal right may lapse for the part of the service already performed, as permitted by law. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected.
    • Where a refund is required by law, we will process it to your original payment method without undue delay.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlaTravel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated travel recommendations.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of our establishment. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
